Aloha Fam!
Native, we're not, but like our tagline, Maui Shave Ice is local, ono, and authentic. As beach loving California transplants, we work hard at bringing island flavor to our communities.
We have owned Maui Shave Ice since 2015. Shaving block ice with traditional Swan machines and mixing our own cane sugar syrups, we provide an authentic experience for anyone needing an ONO taste of the islands.
Located at the base of the Rocky Mountains, we love teaching locals about what a "snow cap" really looks like. We often carry other artisan toppings on the food truck too, because we think every child deserves sprinkles.
